Description

This quick connector is used to attach cut sections of single color (2-conductor) LED strips together, without the need to solder. Great for experimental work, as well as for individuals that would like to utilize cut sections of LED strips leftover from other projects. The positive and negative terminals are labelled for easy installation. With its small size and low weight, the single color quick connector is great for installing LED strips in even the smallest of spaces.

Installation

• For use with non-waterproof single-color 2-conductor LED strips. Not for use with RGB/color-changing 4-conductor LED strips.
• Resultant combined LED strip length should not exceed recommended maximum length of LED strip.

1. Check that width of LED strip matches width of connector.
2. Check that cut ends of LED strip do not have solder.
3. Note the positions of the "+" and "-" terminals printed on the connector cover, then open the cover.
4. Align "+" and "-" terminals of cut end of LED strip with respective terminals of connector.
5. Slide LED strip into connector such that the metal contacts rest directly over bare copper pads of LED strip.
6. Close cover.
