Product Guarantee:
All of our products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact us by email at Buydirect@ledwholesalers.com to arrange for Replacements. We do not pay for the shipping charges sending back and shipping charges are not refundable. 

Shipping costs are based on current rates as published by UPS. To determine the cost to ship your order, click on the Checkout button on the top of any page.

Payments:
We accept Paypal, Credit Card, Money Order and Cashier Checks. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment is received or e-check is cleared.

Return Policy:

We cannot accept returns for any reason after 1 month from the date of sale. Buyer must pay return shipping charges UNDER ALL Circumstances, Even if the item is defective. Seller will promptly ship the new one at NO charge. We do not provide any refunds at all. In extremely rare cases, if we do decide to provide refund, there will be 20% restocking fee and the refund will be store credit only. We will rather not make a sale, than having problems later on. Some items are sold AS IS in which case we will clearly state it in the  item’s description. Shipping & Handling Charges are not refundable. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead on Arrival) and deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
Lights which are used for a purpose other than what they were designed for, or which has been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product or misapplication, misuse, negligence or accident shall not be covered by LEDwholesalers.
